Civil War costumes come in all styles. Not all are historically accurate, but in most cases, they will at least appear to be period correct.

Civil War shoes are absolutely essential to a proper costume. They’re difficult to make, but there are a number of professional shoe makers online who sell them starting at $60. That’s not bad, since a quality pair of shoes often costs that and more, and these will be hand made, usually made in the USA, and are often custom made to fit your foot.
